Why do you no longer offer packages and now just have a flat hourly rate:

We used to provide pre-established wedding photography packages but found that most of the time the package included more than the client was wanting and therefore it was too expensive. With our $200/hr rate, the pricing is fair because you get exactly what you pay for (as opposed to paying for a package price but not getting use out of everything in the package). We feel the hourly rate option is more fair. But, of course we give you the option to "build your own package" so to speak and add on portrait sessions, coffee table books, etc.

Do you provide prints or a disc of images in your packages:

My base pricing does not include prints. You may purchase prints at an additional charge. However, all our services provide a lightscribed disc of the high resolution images for your printing and personal usage. This way you will have access to all the pictures and not have to spend the time and frustration trying to sort through the pictures and decide which ones to purchase because they are already all provided to you. This also saves tremendous cost.

Do you have the option of a 2nd photographer:

Yes, this is at a rate of an additional $70/hr.

What is "lightscribing":

Lightscribing is a newer technology that allows me to burn text directly on to the disc itself without the need of using a sticky label. This is better in that there is no risk of it jamming or getting caught in your CD/DVD drive or player like some sticky labels often do.

Do you bring back up equipment in case of the unforeseen:

Yes, I bring a back up camera, flash, lenses, memory cards and batteries.

Do you provide black & white photos:

Unless specifically requested not to, I generally include both color and some black and white.

What do you suggest your clients wear in photo sessions:

I generally recommend solid colors without heavy designs and patterns as these can be distracting from what should be the main focus of the photo (you). Also, if there is more than one person in the photo, I generally recommend trying to match or color-coordinate. However, it is ultimately up to the client as to what they would like to wear as it is their photo.

How much are additional discs:

Pricing includes one disc. If you wish to purchase more, each additional disc is $50.

Do you attend the rehearsal:

I attend your rehearsal (unless it interferes with a previous commitment) to get a run down of the wedding to better serve you on your special day. However, I do not take photos during the rehearsal. My attendence is merely a time to get a feel for the wedding sequence of events. I do not attend the rehearsal dinner. If you wish for me to photograph the rehearsal and/or dinner it is billed at a rate of $150/hr. If for some reason I am unable to attend the rehearsal due to a previous commitment, I will try in my best effort to meet with you

one-on-one prior to your wedding date at the wedding location to go over wedding details or in the least, try to get a detailed idea via email or phone.

Do you charge more on holidays:

TWENTY20 Productions is a family owned & operated business, and as such, we hold to the tradition of being with special loved ones on certain holidays. However, we also understand the need for photography & DJ services on some holiday, so we try to accomodate our clients by being available on holidays. However, we do have to charge extra for coverage of certain holidays. Any holiday you do not see listed, we do not charge extra for. We charge an additional $50/hr on the following holidays: New Years Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. We just charge an additional $25/hr on the following holidays: Valentine's Day, Independence Day, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

Do you offer wedding albums:

I offer Coffee Table Books which is essentially a wedding album, but a more modern approach. These are becoming more popular, and a lot of people actually like these better. Prices start at $175. For a detailed pricing list, please contact me.

Do you offer canvas prints:

Yes, I offer Gallery Wrap Canvas Prints which means the photo is wrapped around the edges of the canvas for a flowing look instead of the edges being white with staples like a regular canvas. Prices start at $160. For a detailed pricing list, please contact me.
